The Protectorate of Edinburgh
Edinburgh has had a population of Forsaken for decades but it is only recently that they have formally allied into a Protectorate. The Protectorate was formed in September 2010 after prolonged political work led by Maximum Overdrive. This new found alliance was immediately tested by the assault of a group of Pure under the leadership of Red Handed John of the Golden Horde. Although the battle was closely fought and Maximum Overdrive fell whilst defending the Luna's Acre site the Forsaken were victorious. Praise for the victory has been directed at the War Leader of the Protectorate Darren Robson.
The spiritual heart of the Protectorate is the site of the Luna's Acre at Warriston Cemetery.

Other sites of interest in the city
Danderhall Tur was destroyed in an attack by the Pure in late 2007. The Forsaken of the city have not rededicated the site and it was reclaimed into the territory of Shifting Scales as a result.
The Undercity extends below the Old Town of Edinburgh. It is mostly claimed by the Bone Orchard Paladins
Until recently there was a Wound in the Castlebrae High School in Craigmillar but the Spirits that haunted this site were dealt with by the Forsaken in autumn 2010. With the school site cleared in the flesh world the Forsaken continue the long task to heal the Hisil here.
In the autumn of 2011 Storm Force purchased a nightclub in the centre of town. Opened to grand media fanfare because of the links with Wolfgang 'The Cutting Room' is usually always busy. Behind that busy facade though the club is also been sanctified as the new Tur for the Protectorate.

- Naymar, Bone Shadows, Ithaeur, left his old pack without warning and is now traveling the country.
The Pure
Edinburgh is a city held by the Forsaken but surrounded by the Pure. To the North of the Forth Bridges there is a Confederacy under the overall leadership of Brimstone. Whilst they are largely content to keep to their own territory and seldom take direct action against the Forsaken of the city many suspect that they provide support to many of the minor threats that often enter the city.

Little is currently known about the Pure Packs to the south of the city, occasional raids across the main city bypass into the southern areas of the city indicate that the Pure are keen to test the watchfulness of the Forsaken in Edinburgh.

Others
Rumours persist of a hidden pack of Pure that hold territory past Musselburgh and to the east of the city. Whether this pack exists or not is still in question as none of the Forsaken can say for sure.
Further to the south of the city and into the border region there is said to live a lone Predator King elder.
